Artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure continue to drive India’s technology industry, with companies investing heavily in data centres, computing capacity and AI-powered services. The latest developments show that the country’s technology growth is increasingly moving beyond consumer gadgets toward large-scale computing and enterprise applications.

AI Infrastructure Investment Expands

Indian data-centre company Yotta Data Services is reportedly targeting an initial public offering between January and March 2027. The company is seeking to raise as much as $1.5 billion, with plans to use the funds for debt repayment, GPU purchases and expansion of sovereign cloud infrastructure.

The planned investment highlights the growing demand for computing infrastructure as businesses increasingly adopt artificial intelligence.
