Honda Elevate Facelift Design Updates

The biggest changes to the 2026 Honda Elevate facelift are expected to focus on exterior styling. Recent teasers show a redesigned front section with a new grille treatment and updated LED lighting elements. The Honda badge has also been repositioned towards the bonnet area.

The facelift is expected to feature a segmented LED light signature at the front, while the rear could receive connected LED taillights. Revised bumpers and new alloy-wheel designs are also expected to give the SUV a fresher appearance without changing its overall proportions significantly.

The changes are part of Honda’s effort to make the Elevate more competitive in India’s crowded midsize SUV market.

New Honda Elevate Features and Interior

Honda is also expected to upgrade the cabin of the Elevate facelift. One of the most important expected additions is a larger infotainment touchscreen, along with updated interior trim and upholstery.

Ventilated front seats are expected to become available as factory-fitted equipment on higher variants. A 360-degree camera is another important expected addition. These features would address some of the equipment gaps between the current Elevate and newer rivals.

The updated cabin could also receive ambient lighting and improvements to the driver’s display and connectivity features. However, Honda is expected to reveal the complete variant-wise equipment list at the official launch.

Honda Elevate Facelift Engine and Transmission

Despite the styling and equipment changes, the Honda Elevate facelift is expected to retain its existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine.

The current engine produces around 121hp and 145Nm and is offered with a six-speed manual gearbox or a CVT automatic transmission. Reports indicate that the facelift is expected to continue with these powertrain options.

There has also been speculation about the possibility of Honda introducing the 1.5-litre strong-hybrid system used by the City. However, current reports suggest that the Elevate facelift is unlikely to receive the hybrid powertrain at launch.

Honda Elevate Facelift Price in India

Honda has not yet announced the official price of the updated Elevate. The price announcement is expected on October 6, 2026, alongside the launch.

The facelift is likely to carry a premium over the outgoing model because of its additional features and design updates. The current Elevate competes in one of India’s most competitive SUV segments, going up against models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun and other midsize SUVs.

Honda Elevate Facelift Booking Update

Honda Cars India officially opened pre-launch bookings on October 1. Customers can book the updated SUV through authorised Honda dealerships by paying ₹21,000.

The opening of bookings before the festive season is expected to help Honda attract customers looking for a new midsize SUV with updated styling and additional features.
