The Priority Jewels IPO is drawing strong investor interest as the ₹91.5-crore public issue enters its final day of subscription on September 1, 2026. The IPO, which opened on August 28, has a price band of ₹190 to ₹200 per share and a lot size of 75 shares.

According to NSE data reported on Tuesday, the issue had been subscribed 37.61 times by 10:40 a.m. Non-institutional investors led the demand with subscriptions of more than 58 times, while the retail category was subscribed nearly 49 times.

Priority Jewels manufactures lightweight diamond-studded gold and platinum jewellery for independent jewellers and organised jewellery chains. The company counts several established names among its customers.

The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of shares. The company plans to use around ₹75 crore from the proceeds to repay certain working-capital borrowings, with the remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
