Priority Jewels manufactures lightweight diamond-studded gold and platinum jewellery for independent jewellers and organised jewellery chains. The company counts several established names among its customers.
The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of shares. The company plans to use around ₹75 crore from the proceeds to repay certain working-capital borrowings, with the remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The company reported revenue of ₹539.03 crore in FY26, up from ₹435.87 crore a year earlier, while profit after tax increased to ₹17.65 crore. The IPO allotment is expected on September 2, with listing tentatively scheduled for September 4 on the NSE and BSE.
