India continues to play an active diplomatic role on major international issues as External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar holds discussions with global leaders and officials during his European engagements.
Jaishankar recently said India remains in continuous contact with both Russia and Ukraine as New Delhi explores possible ideas that could contribute to reducing tensions and supporting efforts toward peace.

India has consistently maintained that dialogue and diplomacy are important for resolving international conflicts. Jaishankar reiterated that position during his discussions in Poland after visiting Ukraine.
